As Executive Vice President of Rubicon, Rich brings over 25 years of experience in leading all aspects of the healthcare real estate development process. He has successfully conceived and completed more than $1.5 billion of new inpatient hospital, outpatient clinics, and medical office building developments throughout Texas and the Midwest.
Rich’s healthcare experience, strong sense of urgency, solutions focused creativity and knowledge of healthcare data analytics, provide him with a deep understanding of the complexities in the healthcare industry. Drawing on this experience, he creates a high trust relationship with his healthcare client partners, to create a successful real estate strategy around their vision, financial performance and patient service expectations. Rich is also involved with City of Detroit Public Schools, City of Dallas Public Schools, Boy Scouts of America, and the Salvation Army.
