A Marine Corps officer, Nathan Rylander has developed a skill set that capitalizes on a disciplined process, accurate and precise information, and timely communication. Representing clientele and structuring investments, he manages complex real estate transactions throughout all phases including strategic planning, operational development, and tactical implementation. Nathan’s mission is to provide his clients with an optimized solution in a timely, cost-effective manner. His focus on mission-critical requirements and his zeal for disciplined excellence compel corporations to seek his services.
Nathan has negotiated over 1,800,000 square feet of transactions in the United States, representing various corporate clients in complex transactions. Before joining Rubicon Representation, he spent 6 ½ years in tenant advisory at Transwestern and four years representing tenants at Dallas-based Capstone Commercial Real Estate Group.
In addition, Nathan served nearly 8 years as an active duty U.S. Marine Corps artillery officer. He is still serving in the U.S. Marine Reserve, is currently Operations Officer for 14th Marine Regiment and has over 20 years combined (active and reserve) service in the U.S. Marine Corps.
